Loss is a natural part of life, but we can still be overcome by shock and confusion, leading to prolonged periods of sadness or depression. Coping with the loss of a loved one may be one of the hardest challenges that many of us face. But, grieving is an important process to overcome these feelings and be at peace with your loss.
